Cencora Invites Community Healthcare Providers to ThoughtSpot 2026

15th annual conference helps community care providers increase efficiency, activate knowledge and optimize revenue to thrive as trusted healthcare hubs.
Conshohocken, Pa. (June 12, 2026) -- Cencora, a global pharmaceutical solutions company, invites community and long-term care pharmacy owners, industry experts and partners to register for its flagship annual tradeshow and conference, ThoughtSpot . Taking place in Orlando, Fla., July 28-August 1, ThoughtSpot celebrates the value and resilience of independent pharmacies and community care providers – including members of Cencora’s Good Neighbor Pharmacy national franchise – through programming designed to help them navigate change, strengthen their businesses and step confidently into their role as essential healthcare hubs in their communities.

“ThoughtSpot is where independent pharmacies and community care providers come together to elevate how they share the impact they make every day,” said Tim Cernohous, SVP & President, Community Retail and Long-Term Care Pharmacy at Cencora. “We continue to listen to our customers’ feedback, and this year’s programming reflects what they need from us. With actionable education and real peer-to-peer connection, ThoughtSpot 2026 is built to help our customers grow and stand out in their communities.”

The four-day event will provide attendees with an opportunity to connect and explore programs and resources designed to help pharmacists grow their business, refine patient care and navigate challenges.

Event highlights include:

  • Reimagined Continuing Education Program: ThoughtSpot’s industry-leading education has been reimagined in response to attendee feedback to be more practical, interactive and directly applicable to pharmacy business goals, such as bolstering clinical expertise, optimizing business operations and seizing opportunities to enhance service offerings. Programming includes hands-on workshops, including an AI Action Lab and enhanced focus on older adult care. These offerings are complemented by ongoing post-event learning support and more flexible online certification options.
  • Dedicated Medically Integrated Dispensing Experience: ThoughtSpot 2026 will introduce a dedicated experience tailored specifically for medically integrated dispensing (MID) and specialty dispensing practices. Designed for MID program managers, pharmacists and dispensing leaders, the program will offer targeted education, peer learning and practical strategies relevant to the evolving specialty landscape. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with fellow MID leaders, earn specialty and general CE credits and engage directly with Cencora leadership and industry experts.
  • Enhanced Networking Opportunities: This year, ThoughtSpot will offer new opportunities to network with peers through regional meetups, small group discussions, workshops and other special sessions.
  • Main stage programming: During General Session keynote speaker, Mark McClellan, MD, PhD, former FDA Commissioner and CMS Administrator, will examine where community pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy and community providers have opportunities to transform the healthcare landscape. Drawing on his experience advising national and state leaders, McClellan will break down what’s working, what’s not and where innovation and advocacy can drive meaningful progress for pharmacies and better outcomes for patients.

“It’s no small feat to step away from my business and the patients that count on us each day, but ThoughtSpot has shown time and time again that it is worth the time and I value the opportunity to learn from and connect with my peers and industry experts,” said Kevin DeMass, RPh., owner of the Apothecary Shoppe in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Good Neighbor Pharmacy member. “The sessions are practical and directly applicable to what we’re trying to do every day – improve the lives of the patients we serve while strengthening our connection to the community. Each year I leave with new ideas, real solutions and relationships to leverage long after the event.”
